We all want to be seen. And heard. We all want to feel valued. And respected. We all want to be able to bring our whole selves to our workplaces, our schools and our communities.
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) matters. Belonging matters. Because people matter. At 360 Project Inc. we are learning more about DEI. We are devoting ourselves to action inside our company and in our personal lives.
Let’s create environments where everyone is comfortable bringing their authentic selves to the table. Because everyone deserves to feel like they belong. And good intentions just aren’t good enough. Along the way, we’ll share highlights of our learning journey as we move from education to action.
COMMITMENTS
We will celebrate diversity.
We will create a safe and inclusive workplace.
We will continuously assess and enhance our DEI strategies by consulting with experts to refine our approaches. In 2024, we will create comprehensive DEI policies that recognize and respect diverse identities, including Two-Spirit individuals, and review our policies for inclusive language.
We will actively promote and support DEI workshops and educational initiatives. As allies, we will share what we are learning and encourage organizations in our community to implement inclusive practices.
We will stay informed on government policies that impact 2SLGBTQIA+ people and align with global best practices. We will advocate for positive change.
