OUR TEAM

JACQUELINE KENNEDY (SHE/HER)
Jacqueline is a strategic thinker. Organizations look to her for outside perspective–a fresh take on complex risks, challenges and opportunities. She uncovers the root causes of internal and external issues through research, data-collection and structured analysis. After identifying gaps, she works with clients and the 360 team to transform insights into action. Grounded in systems thinking with a focus on process, Jacqueline works to build bridges to enhance strategic decision-making and collaboration. Her work includes long-term strategic planning in the energy, arts and not-for-profit sectors; coaching and mentoring executives and stakeholder engagement practitioners; and, providing technical advice on the assessment and management of project-specific social and environmental impacts. Jacqueline is active in strategic and sustainability issues related to the resource and not-for-profit sectors. Since 1998, she has worked on a range of major energy projects and ongoing production operations in upstream oil and gas across Canada. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and environmental science.

DELONA HOPE (SHE/HER)
Integrity. Commitment. Excellence. These words best describe Delona. As an experienced stakeholder engagement professional, she is committed to collaboration and recognizes stakeholder issues and concerns as the single biggest non-technical risk to any project. Her ability to integrate stakeholder engagement into core business activities results in strategic advantages that enhance corporate reputation and build sustainable community based partnerships. Delona’s commitment to meaningful and effective consultation results in a flexible approach that reflects the uniqueness of each community. She is passionate about transferring lessons learned and tools from her public participation toolkit to your field and operations staff, discipline leads and management teams. Delona has been active in the upstream oil and gas sector for more than twenty five years and has focused on stakeholder engagement, Indigenous relations and managing social risks on major projects. She graduated with distinction from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (honours) in sociology.

MADELINE (SHE/HER)
Madeline is passionate about the intersection of identity, politics and human rights. As our Policy, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, Madeline supports internal and external policy, planning and communications, with a heavy focus on our collaboration with Bow Valley DEI.
Under the guidance and mentorship of Bow Valley DEI’s founder, Aurora Borin, Madeline coordinates customized workshops and training sessions for a range of organizations—from not-for-profits and community groups to businesses. Her other work includes ensuring that DEI and inclusive practices are incorporated into inward and outward facing documents and policies.
